The Tactical Marketing Manager is the key person responsible for tactical pricing, planning, and communications for marketing initiatives to drive retail and billing results for the Massey Ferguson Production Ag Tractor product lines. This role is also responsible for representing North America in setting the strategic direction for the product lines in support of Product Management and the AMPIP process. The candidate will be considered the expert in their area of specialization;

others will come to this individual for their point-of-view, analysis, and collaboration.

• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop programs and initiatives that target brand and product growth (margin and market share) in areas of opportunity.
• Responsible for key tactical marketing activities, including price realization, campaign development and monitoring, new product introduction planning (12–18 months pre‑launch), and setting/tracking retail and billing objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field
• 8+ years of post‑graduation experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management
• 5+ years of experience promoting products and executing sales strategies, product launches, and marketing plans
• Technical or mechanical background supporting product understanding and positioning
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with agricultural equipment, including a solid understanding of agricultural machine functionality
