About the job Manufacturing Associate 2nd Shift
Work Hours: 6:00 pm 6:30 am (12-hour rotating shift; two days on, two days off, and every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities- Work alongside electro-mechanics and assist with minor repairs, reporting, and providing support to both the manager and the electro-mechanics team.
- Technical Duties:
- Perform a variety of tasks in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical domains.
- Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and both written and verbal instructions.
- Operate related equipment; conduct tests and record data in the prescribed format.
- Maintenance & Calibration:
- Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, or replacements as directed.
- Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- Associates Degree and/or Technical Degree is preferred.
- Language
Skills: - Must be able to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Work Ethic & Safety:
- Capable of working and collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain good attendance and consistently practice safety protocols in the work environment.
- Work Schedule & Travel:
- This position operates during the 6:00 pm 6:30 am shift.
- No travel is required for this role.
