An automotive dealership group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will manage preventative maintenance programs, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and strong knowledge of building systems. You will be responsible for budgeting, coordinating repairs, and maintaining records.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between locations is necessary, along with proficiency in maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
