As a leading general contractor in the area, we specialize in commercial construction projects and are looking for a talented individual to oversee our distribution and warehouse projects.

• Manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
• Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, superintendents, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare and submit project reports to upper management
• Collaborate with business development team to identify and pursue new project opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on distribution and warehouse projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
