The Role- Lead supply chain strategy and execution across planning, procurement, logistics, and customer service
- Oversee demand and supply planning processes (S&OP), ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage a team of 3 – responsible for training, development, and growth of the supply chain department
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
- Strong experience in supply chain operations, including leadership roles
- Worked in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or any technical industry is preferred
- Strong proficiency in SAP and analytical tools
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects
