The Manager, Omnichannel will manage daily omnichannel execution, ensuring high‑quality operations, compliance, performance optimization, and seamless function across channels and platforms.

• Execute daily omnichannel activities.
• Run channel operations across web, CRM, SEO/SGE, email, and other platforms.
• Maintain and optimize channel performance.
• Monitor KPIs, identify issues, execute corrective actions, and continuously improve UX and performance.
• Implement journeys, campaigns, and content.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets, tagging, configurations, and content activation.
• Support personalization and NBA deployment.
• Execute segmentation and logic rules for personalization.
• Manage agencies and operations vendors.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, milestones, quality checks, and approvals.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Maintain adherence to governance, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
