** WHO YOU ARE:
** The
** Quote Support Specialist
** delivers accurate, compliant quotes for data center products and services by coordinating with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and other teams. The position requires attention to detail and process orientation in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a quality checkpoint—ensuring every quote meets pricing policies, product standards, accuracy requirements, and internal approval rules. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, reducing order issues, and supporting a smooth quote-to-order process.

* WHAT YOU WILL DO:

*** Perform
** quality assurance reviews
** on sales quotes generated by Sales or CPQ tools.
* Validate pricing accuracy, product configurations, discount levels, and margin compliance.
* Ensure quotes follow company policies, approval workflows, and contractual guidelines.
* Identify inconsistencies or errors (pricing, product, terms, tax, SKU alignment, etc.) and work with Sales to resolve them.
* Maintain standardized QA checklists, processes, and documentation.
* Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to clarify quote requirements or escalate exceptions.
* Update CRM/CPQ fields or internal systems when corrections are needed.
* Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce quote defects.
* Track quality metrics, turnaround times, and compliance trends for reporting.
** WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
*** 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, pricing, quoting, QA, or similar support roles.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience using CRM/CPQ platforms (Salesforce, Revenue Management.).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Sales teams.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple reviews quickly.
* Exceptional attention to detail

** PREFERRED:
*** Understanding of pricing structures, margin calculations, and discount processes.
* Familiarity with complex product catalogues (hardware, software, services, etc.).
* Experience in QC/QA roles or audit-focused environments.
* Experience supporting:  + Data center, infrastructure, or services-based pricing models  + Ramps, escalators, renewals, and OTC structures
* Familiarity with billing compliance, audit, or QA environments
* Comfort acting as an authority and educator with Sales partners
