Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Corporate Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team in Duluth, GA. This role will focus exclusively on recruiting and talent acquisition —
not HR responsibilities — supporting hiring efforts across multiple regions including Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin), Augusta, GA, and Winder, GA
.
The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of recruiting experience
, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or general contracting industries
, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
. This is a highly visible recruiting role where personality, energy, and relationship-building are critical for success.
- Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates across multiple operational regions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within construction, manufacturing, and related industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers and leadership.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies including job boards, networking, and social media recruiting.
- Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the company professionally when engaging with candidates and industry professionals.
- Bachelors degree required
- 3–7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting in a corporate/internal recruiting environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Approximately 10–15% travel
, typically once per quarter
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
- Quarterly Bonus Structure tied to positions filled
- Total On-Target Earnings: $90,000 – $100,000
- 100% In-office role in Duluth, GA
