Talent Acquisition Specialist

Travel Incorporated is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and help us attract exceptional talent. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, manage the recruiting process from sourcing to offer, and create a positive experience for every candidate. You will primarily recruit for our client facing roles along with occasional recruiting for other areas within TI.

Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies

Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and networking

Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

Coordinate interviews, background checks, and other hiring logistics

Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Participate in job fairs and recruiting events

Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

2–4 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Experience managing full-cycle recruiting

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with
Applicant Tracking Systems and Linked In sourcing

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
