Travel Incorporated is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and help us attract exceptional talent. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, manage the recruiting process from sourcing to offer, and create a positive experience for every candidate. You will recruit for our client facing roles along with occasional recruiting for other areas within the organization.

What You'll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, and other hiring logistics
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- 2–4 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Linked In sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
