This is a 100% on-site, highly visible role where you’ll work closely with associates, leaders, and candidates every day. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, great judgment, and a genuine interest in people. We’ll teach you the HR side.

What You ll Do:
- Engagement & Culture:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute associate engagement and culture-building initiatives, including hybrid and onsite events, trainings, town halls, round tables, social activities, charitable programs, and recognition efforts
- Manage all event logistics, communications, and vendor coordination while ensuring timely execution and cost-effective solutions
- Track participation, analyze feedback and survey results, and recommend improvements to enhance associate engagement, experience, and retention
- Communications:
- Create and distribute internal communications that support engagement, culture, and transparency, including newsletters, leadership messages, intranet content, and email communications
- Monitor and respond to social media reviews, track trends, and support initiatives that encourage positive associate feedback
- Share responsibility for maintaining HR communication channels, including the HR inbox and ongoing associate communications
- Talent Acquisition:
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, screenings, interviews, offers, and candidate communication
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate and complete onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming and seamless transition for new hires
- Partner with hiring managers and departments to support follow-ups, communications, and onboarding feedback
- Support benefit administration, including enrollments, life events, renewals, and open enrollment
- Respond to associate benefit questions and assist with ongoing benefits processes and documentation
- Compliance:
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits regulations (EEO-1, VETS, OSHA, etc.)
- Compensation & Job Description s:
- Assist with salary review processes and compensation reporting
- Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of job descriptions and position documentation
- Associate Relations:
- Review disciplinary documentation and provide recommendations aligned with policy
- Support managers with guidance on basic performance, coaching, and disciplinary matters
- Administration:
- Maintain HR documentation and procedures
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and audits
Qualifications/
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, HR, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience (HR experience not required)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including handling difficult situations professionally and understanding the audience.

- This position is 100% on-site and requires daily in-person presence at our Duluth, GA headquarters.
