Overview

This role serves as a strategic Global HR Business Partner and HRBP for our Corporate Headquarters in Duluth, GA, driving global HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, change management, and employee engagement, while also managing HR operations, compliance, and employee relations for corporate functions and the Duluth location, including contract administration and local leadership responsibilities.

Your Impact
  • Aligning people strategy with business goals — partnering with senior leadership to ensure HR supports AGCO’s business priorities, Including change management.
  • Workforce planning — forecasting talent needs, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Talent management — leadership development, performance management, and capability building across global teams.
  • Employee relations — advising leaders, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.
  • Site leadership - Corporate HR Support and Duluth site HR leadership
Your Experience And Qualifications
  • BS or BA degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • MBA, or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GHPR preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR Business Partner experience, Ability to independently problem solve and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Strong focus on employee engagement and engagement activities
  • Minimum of 3 years managing HR projects, implementations, or technology launches
