Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee HR functions across multiple primary care clinics in North Atlanta. This full-time role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, training, and policy development for a rapidly growing organization with over 150 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare HR, excel in a multi-location environment, and possess a strategic approach to HR leadership to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

Pay

$50,000 - $65,000 annually

Location

Johns Creek, GA (100% on-site)

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare and multi-site organizations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work onsite in Johns Creek and travel to clinics when necessary
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop all HR functions across clinics, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and best practices organization-wide
  • Support clinic managers in hiring processes and create structured onboarding experiences
  • Serve as a confidential resource for employees and managers, handling investigations and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
  • Manage benefits enrollment, payroll support, and leave programs
  • Recommend and implement training and development initiatives for staff and leadership
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning and HR leadership activities
