Front Desk Concierge - Part Time

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests by welcoming them warmly, assisting with inquiries, and managing a variety of front desk tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills. Applicants must have availability to work Tuesdays - Sundays and Holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional, professional service to all members and guests while upholding the mission and core values of Atlanta Athletic Club.

* Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk by managing incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

* Maintain thorough knowledge of Club events, hours of operation, and programming to provide timely and accurate information.

* Accurately update and maintain the event reservation system, ensuring all reservation details are confirmed and properly documented.

* Maintain and organize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event history files, and related documentation to support operational efficiency.

* Coordinate daily event communications, including updating the Club reader board and preparing event signage.

* Ensure buffet labels and event menus align with approved banquet event orders.

* Promote Club venues and member event opportunities to support private event and programming goals.

* Assist with member services needs, including lost and found and prompt resolution of concerns or feedback.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.

* Provide administrative and operational support to the Events and Front Desk leadership team as needed.

* Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Strong ability to provide friendly, personalized, and professional service

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to handle and resolve member issues effectively

* Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

* Meticulous in record-keeping and administrative tasks

* Competent in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other various computer systems and office equipment

* Always maintain a neat and professional appearance

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is advantageous but not required

* Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoon, evenings, weekends and holidays
