Overview
Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support and oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role collaborates with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments and requires a hands-on leader who can train, coach, and inspire the team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

- Assist in leading housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to achieve departmental goals
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable while supporting their professional development
- Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience
- Monitor supplies, inventory, and departmental efficiency, implementing improvements as needed
- Uphold property, brand, and regulatory standards in all operations
- Leadership experience in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills with guests, managers, and team members
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate a team
