Position OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive, organized, and friendly Guest Service Associate (GSA) to be the welcoming face of our hotel and help create outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you’ll greet guests, manage reservations, assign rooms, and assist with any needs during their stay. While previous hotel front desk experience is a plus, it’s not required -- what matters most is a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to engage in friendly, professional conversation.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of hotel operations, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays. You’ll work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are guest‑ready and address any guest concerns promptly and courteously. Qualifications- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and professional conversation ability
- Basic understanding of hotel operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel front desk experience a plus
- Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
