We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Intellistars ABA in Duluth, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related disorders in their natural environment - their home.
Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician at Intellistars ABA, you will work one-on-one with children to help them develop social, communication, and behavioral skills. You will implement behavioral plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and provide feedback to parents and other team members. Our RBTs are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families, and we are looking for someone who shares this passion and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect data on client progress and provide feedback to BCBAs and parents
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
Participate in training and professional development activities to maintain certification and stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and revise behavioral plans as needed
Requirements:
Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
0 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis or related field
Registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to work effectively in a home-based setting and maintain confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
