IBI Healthcare is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish-English) to join our growing team in Loganville, GA (Onsite).

Your Role
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and care

  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients, including procedures and follow-ups

  • Identify patient needs quickly and direct them to the correct department or provider

  • Document call details accurately in EMR (Athena Health preferred)

  • Ensure patients are informed, supported, and confident in their care journey

  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments by effectively communicating service value

  • Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends, no holidays, no on-call

  • Experienced
    :
    Minimum 2 years in a high-volume call center, ideally within a healthcare setting

  • Strong Sales Background
    :
    You’re confident in closing calls and converting leads into appointments

  • Patient-Focused
    :
    You lead with empathy and ensure patients feel heard and supported

  • Proactive
    :
    You take initiative, think ahead, and solve problems with minimal direction

  • Bilingual
    :
    Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

  • Tech-Savvy
    : EMR experience, especially Athena Health, is a strong advantage

  • Strong Communicator
    :
    Clear, concise, and professional in all written and verbal communication
