Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Intellistars ABA in Duluth, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related disorders in their natural environment - their home.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavioral plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect data on client progress and provide feedback to BCBAs and parents
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to maintain certification and stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and revise behavioral plans as needed
Requirements
  • Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • 0 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to work effectively in a home-based setting and maintain confidentiality

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
