Financial Analyst II

Summary

Responsible supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision‑making by providing accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights into company performance; works closely with leadership, operations, and accounting to analyze financial data, track trends, and support budgeting and strategic initiatives across the organization.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other financial reports for leadership.
• Build financial presentation slide decks for monthly management reviews, budget meetings with regional leaders, and annual budget reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long‑range financial plans.
• Analyze income statement trends and variances from budget and communicate key findings to management teams.
• Partner with operational and accounting teams to understand project‑level and business‑unit performance.
• Support accounting team in monthly closing process and special projects as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2–5 years of financial analysis or related experience; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience with ERP, accounting, or financial reporting systems.

Microsoft Office applications; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis);
Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.

Primarily office‑based; able to sit at computer for extended periods; ability to use standard office equipment (computers, printers, scanners); sit, stand, walk, talk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
