Treasury Manager

About the Opportunity

I’m partnering with a large, industry‑leading optical retail company with more than 1,000 locations nationwide to hire an experienced Treasury Manager. This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to partner on shaping treasury strategy and adding value-growth to the organization!

• Lead daily cash operations, liquidity management, and cash forecasting
• Drive the evolution of treasury strategy, systems, and processes
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and working capital initiatives
• Oversee debt modeling, interest rate risk management, and hedging analysis
• Implement new treasury and banking technologies to improve efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and FP&A on end‑to‑end financial processes
• Maintain strong governance, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Present weekly cash flow insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• 6+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or cash management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related – CPA or CTP preferred
• Strong financial modeling and Excel capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle (preferred)
• Demonstrated success managing corporate treasury operations and banking networks
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to executive audiences
• Experience in retail, optical, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
