Reviews client business requirements and project specifications to ensure construction projects are developed accordingly

Leads the delivery of projects following contract guidelines meeting project schedules managing assets within project budgets and producing quality products

Minimum requirements Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering
10 15 years of progressive professional experience designing bridges

Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex projects

Diverse body of work in the bridge design industry

Experience coaching and leading lower level professionals

Experience delivering quality projects following demonstrated QCQA protocols

GDOT experience preferred Good written and verbal communication skills

Technical requirements Licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia or comparable license within the United States Licensed Structural Engineer with successful completion of 16 hour exam preferred

Master of Civil Engineering preferred

Substantial

Experience with AASHTO LRFDExperience with Bluebeam Project Wise Bentley Engineering software and GDOT in house design software preferred
