Showroom Manager

TRC is partnering with, a global leader in end‑of‑line packaging automation solutions, to hire a Showroom & Tech Lab Manager. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role that blends technical expertise, equipment operation, business development support, and facility leadership.

• Lead all showroom and lab activities to support sales, marketing, and customer initiatives
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to conduct demos, proof‑of‑concept trials, and validation testing
• Increase showroom utilization through customer visits, distributor training, and industry events

• Run and demonstrate stretch wrappers, palletizers, and case packers
• Execute pallet testing on shaker tables and acceleration sled systems
• Configure machines for customer‑specific applications and testing requirements
• Generate professional test reports with performance data and recommendations
• Host customer visits, distributor training, and internal sales meetings
• Serve as the technical lead during trials and pre‑sale evaluations
• Provide feedback from testing and customer engagement to support solution development

• Act as Facilities Manager for showroom and Tech Lab operations
• Ensure all machines, utilities, and space are customer‑ready at all times
• Maintain OSHA and company safety compliance
• Lead safety audits, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

• Experience in industrial equipment, automation, packaging, or manufacturing environments
• Hands‑on experience operating or troubleshooting machinery
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across technical and operational functions
