Support dealership by working alongside sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and increase sales;
Ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step along their ownership journey;
Provide an unparalleled level of technical expertise to help customers with comprehensive knowledge of available products and services;
Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy;
Understand and use MS Office Suite, CRM and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis
