About this Position:
Customer Service Rep 1 - Bilingual

This role works in the Field Compensation Department, handling telephone and written inquiries from agents. The candidate will recognize priority situations, notify appropriate parties, perform call corrections, and thoroughly document research findings.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to Primerica agents.
  • Respond to inquiries courteously, documenting all research thoroughly.
  • Recognize priority situations and notify appropriate parties.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Minimum 3 years of call center customer service experience (preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient PC skills, including intermediate Microsoft Word skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and resolve issues professionally.

FLSA Status: This position is exempt (not eligible for overtime pay).
