Photography Intern Season

About The Role

The Atlanta Gladiators are seeking a creative and dependable Photography Intern to join our Creative Team for the 2025–26 season. This role is perfect for students or early-career creatives looking to gain real experience capturing fan engagement and behind-the-scenes content.

You’ll work directly under our Media Department, supporting storytelling efforts across social media and marketing platforms.

• Photograph fan experiences and promotional elements during Atlanta Gladiators home games.
• Follow game-specific shot lists and creative direction provided by the team photographer.
• Assist in selecting and organizing top shots post-game for marketing and social use.
• Capture pregame and behind-the-scenes content as needed.
• Collaborate with the creative team to support real-time or next-day visual content needs.
• Help maintain and organize digital photo assets throughout the season.
• Edit and organize photo content.

• Must be available for the majority of Atlanta Gladiators home games (evenings and weekends).
• Previous experience photographing sporting events is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and open to constructive feedback.
• Must provide your own equipment (if applicable; please note any limitations or requests in your application).
