We are building a media company inside a law firm. Slam Dunk Attorney is a rapidly growing personal injury firm known for its bold basketball-themed brand and aggressive advocacy against insurance companies. We are looking for a Content Creator who can turn that brand into high-impact video content that reaches millions of people. This role is not a traditional marketing job.
You will function as the lead creator and producer responsible for developing and executing short‑form video content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube. The right person understands how to capture attention quickly, produce high‑volume content, and translate creative ideas into videos that perform online.
The Senior Content Creator will own the entire video production process from concept through final edit. You will work directly with the firm’s founder to produce high‑impact video content built around the Slam Dunk Attorney brand. Your work will drive brand awareness, audience growth, and ultimately client acquisition.
Responsibilities- Content Development – Develop creative concepts for short‑form video content; translate legal topics into engaging video formats; identify trending formats and adapt them to the brand; create repeatable video series and formats.
- Production – Film short‑form videos for social platforms; direct on‑camera talent during shoots; manage lighting, audio, and camera setup; organize filming schedules and production workflow.
- Editing – Edit videos optimized for social platforms; add captions, pacing, hooks, and engaging visual elements; produce vertical video formats for Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube Shorts; create multiple variations of high‑performing videos.
- Platform Management – Publish and schedule social content; monitor engagement and performance metrics; identify videos that perform well and recommend scaling.
- Campaign Support – Produce ad‑ready versions of video content; work with the paid media team to test creative variations.
- Required – 3+ years creating social video content; strong video editing skills; experience with vertical video formats; ability to independently film and edit; strong understanding of social media engagement mechanics.
- Preferred – Experience producing viral or high‑engagement content; portfolio demonstrating strong pacing and storytelling; experience working with on‑camera personalities.
- Proficiency With – Short‑form video editing workflows; basic lighting and audio equipment; captioning and social video formatting.
$90,000 - $125,000+ yearly.
