Duties- Observes all rule and regulations at Chroma ELA, state and local agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
- Implements the approved lesson plans and daily schedules in accordance with Chroma ELA curriculum and programming.
- Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Accepts responsibility for necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom daily.
- Attends all required staff meetings and required trainings.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working in childcare facility (Preferred)
- Willing to work towards CDA
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Care Education (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
