• Observes all rule and regulations at Chroma ELA, state and local agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
• Implements the approved lesson plans and daily schedules in accordance with Chroma ELA curriculum and programming.
• Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Accepts responsibility for necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom daily.
• Attends all required staff meetings and required trainings.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Experience Working In Childcare Facility (Preferred)
• Willing to work towards CDA

• Associates Degree In Early Childhood Care Education (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
• TCC
