We are seeking a proactive and analytical Logistics Sales Assistant Manager to support key customer account management, sales strategy execution, and business performance improvement across our logistics and supply chain operations.

This role will collaborate closely with customers, internal operations teams, and global headquarters to drive revenue growth, enhance service quality, and ensure smooth end-to-end business processes, as well as logistics operational support.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, data analysis capabilities, customer-facing experience, and a solid understanding of logistics or supply chain operations.

Core Roles
  • Be the point person for all of communication channel within organization, relevant statistics and planning, monthly business reviews and manage division KPIs.
  • Lead and manage sales planning and strategic initiatives including annual, semi-annual, quarterly, weekly operating plans.
  • Challenges and supports forecast assumptions based on analysis of market data, industry dynamics, statistics, and business trends.
  • Create long-range sales forecasts, working closely with Sales and Operations teams.
  • Market research (logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse).
  • Execute complex quantitative and qualitative analyses of warehouse and transportation costs and metrics.
  • Provide specialized consulting, strategy development and systems integration services to help clients leverage technology to build effective customer relationships.
  • Support executive management in process development of business.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Customer Support
  • Support day-to-day account management for key customers, including order management, service coordination, issue escalation, and follow-up.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, service reviews, and responsiveness to inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in preparing customer reports, KPIs, and business review materials.
Operations & Business Support
  • Support sales planning activities, including forecasting, pricing updates, and customer business analysis.
  • Prepare quotations, rate updates, and commercial documents under guidance from senior team members.
  • Analyze customer volume trends, operational performance, and cost structures to support decision-making.
  • Transportation and warehouse operation support
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports, margin analysis, and operational dashboards.
  • Identify service or cost deviation trends and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Support development of improvement plans with operations and transportation teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
  • Communicate schedule changes, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across departments.
  • Coordinate with HQ/global branches for pricing, routing guides, SOP updates, and special projects.
Process & Service Improvement
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in SOP creation, revisions, and implementation of standardized service processes.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis for service failures and monitor action plan progress.
Administrative & Support Duties
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer data in internal systems (ERP/CRM/WMS/TMS).
  • Support internal audits, compliance checks, and customer requirements documentation.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager or department leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, sales support, or customer account management.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean.
  • Experience with Microsoft office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
    Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, presentation).
  • Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation operations preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
