About the RoleThe Third-Party Sales Manager will lead the build-out and management of Aurora’s indirect sales channel targeted exclusively at the Vietnamese US merchant community (primarily nail salons, beauty shops, restaurants, retail, and hospitality). You will recruit, onboard, train, and support independent sales agents, resellers, ISOs, and referral partners who sell Aurora’s payment processing, Nail Soft POS/software, cash discount programs, hardware, and bundled solutions.
This is a player-coach role for a proven channel leader who has experience serving or supporting the Vietnamese merchant community in the US.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of channel/partner sales management experience in payment processing, merchant services, POS software, or fintech (ISO/agent program experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success recruiting and scaling third-party agents
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Track record of hitting revenue targets through partners
- Experience with Hubspot, reporting, and incentives
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the nail salon industry preferred
- Existing network in the US Vietnamese merchant community (nail salons, beauty supply, restaurants) is a plus
- Proactively recruit high-performing sales agents and resellers from within the Vietnamese US merchant community (e.g., existing salon software reps, ISO agents, community influencers, former salon owners)
- Focus on key merchant concentrations:
Georgia (Atlanta/Duluth), Texas (Houston/Dallas), California (Orange County/San Jose), Florida, Virginia, etc. - Manage onboarding, contracts, compliance, and portal setup; target 50+ active agents in the first 12 months
- Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver bilingual (Vietnamese/English) training programs — in-person, virtual, and on-demand — covering Aurora products, Nail Soft demos, cash discount/zero-cost programs, underwriting, and sales best practices
- Create localized sales tools: pitch decks, rate sheets, marketing flyers, competitive comparisons, and success stories from salon owners
- Certify agents on product knowledge and objection handling
- Ongoing Partner Support & Performance Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for agents: deal registration, pricing approvals, joint calls, and field ride
- Track KPIs (merchant activations, processing volume, revenue per agent, retention) and implement spiffs, overrides, and tiered incentives
- Host regular webinars and in-person events to build loyalty and pipeline
- Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Hit aggressive targets for agent-sourced merchant sign-ups and volume growth
- Collaborate on community-specific marketing (Việt radio, Facebook groups, nail association events, Tết sponsor ships)
- Provide field feedback to product teams on enhancements needed by salon owners
- Compliance & Risk
- Ensure agents and merchants meet card brand rules, PCI, and Aurora underwriting
