Position Summary
Responsible for evaluating and performing maintenance requests submitted to RFS. Maintains the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring Info Lease reports, and updating Info Lease accordingly. Provides guidance to non-FSB users on internal lease policies and collaborates with Sales, Customer Administration, and Accounting to resolve customer billing issues.

- Reviews and audits customer paperwork, lease agreements, and associated documents.
- Reviews and audits requests to modify lease billing to ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Modifies internal lease billing in Info Lease based on customer‑signed documents.
- Reviews requests for customer credits to ensure proper approvals have been obtained in accordance with O‑15 policy.
- Provides internal lease support related to lease billing inquiries.
- Serves as a resource for IT regarding internal lease testing and updates.
- Facilitates conference calls as needed to resolve customer billing issues.
- Maintains a variety of monthly internal lease reports.
- Works directly with Sales on refinance opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required; equivalent related experience considered.
- 5–7 years of business process or leasing customer service-related experience required.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to listen attentively and communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments within Ricoh.
- Understanding of leasing principles and basic accounting concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of leasing and lessor relationships.
- Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.
- Work assignments are varied; new solutions may be developed as needed, and past precedent may be used to resolve issues.
- Frequent deadlines and workload volume may create routine pressure.
- Minimal physical effort required; work is primarily sedentary but may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, or carrying objects under 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, files, small parts).
- Moderate dexterity required, including regular use of basic tools and equipment (e.g., keyboard, calculator, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
