• Proven project management skills with the ability to structure plans and track execution
• Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with a history of resolving complex execution challenges
• Financial acumen to understand and manage team budgets effectively
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role with significant leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications
