Maytronics, a leading provider of innovative pool cleaning solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner to join the team. The Demand Planner develops and manages the demand and production forecast, ensuring accurate, data‑driven projections that support sales, operations, and financial objectives. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to balance demand and supply, optimize inventory performance, and support strategic planning.

This is an in‑office position based in our Duluth, GA location.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the demand forecast using statistical models and inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and analytics.
  • Support and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align short‑ and long‑term business plans.
  • Create SKU‑level forecasts and consolidate them into segment‑level summaries for monthly cross‑functional reviews.
  • Produce risk‑based upside/downside scenarios with recommended actions to meet service and shipment goals with internal and external vendors.
  • Support monthly S&OP reviews with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment on forecasts and supply coverage.
  • Provide recurring KPI reporting (Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Inventory, Turns, OTD, Excess/Obsolete) and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong communication with global planning teams to align subsidiary and corporate objectives.
  • Build and submit EDI purchase orders and develop production plans using the ERP/MRP system and Excel.
  • Perform additional tasks and analyses as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Represent supply chain and operations in project teams that implement business process improvements.
  • Act as a change agent, working collaboratively to enhance service, inventory efficiency, and cost performance for the total value chain.
  • Ensure demand plans effectively support strategic supply chain decisions, including distribution and service levels.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on systems, processes, and operational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through data‑driven insights and support execution of corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, business, or engineering.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and advanced planning tools.
  • Relevant experience using an ERP system.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to quickly learn new supply chain planning tools.
  • Strong work ethic; able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • APICS or similar certification (or willingness to pursue) is a plus.
