Position OverviewThe Sales Director will own the full sales strategy and execution across priority sectors—manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and enterprise IT. This high‑impact leadership role will shape U.S. go‑to‑market efforts, manage a growing sales team, and drive strategic engagements from first contact to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities- Build New Client Partnerships:
Drive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging prospective clients in target industries. - Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
Build, refine, and expand a robust sales pipeline using CRM and modern sales tools; define quarterly targets and deliver consistent results against aggressive revenue goals. - New Business Development:
Source, engage, and close enterprise accounts in target verticals; lead cross‑functional pursuit teams to drive complex deal cycles. - Market Expansion & Intelligence:
Identify untapped market opportunities, build strategic alliances, and stay ahead of industry trends to shape offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in IT services, smart manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure.
- Proven track record in building sales teams and closing 6‑7 figure enterprise deals.
- Strong network and industry insight in U.S. manufacturing, automotive, or logistics sectors.
- Strong command of network infrastructure systems, smart factory technologies, and IT service delivery models.
- Executive‑level presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern sales enablement platforms.
- Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, goal‑driven, energetic, and results‑oriented.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify emerging opportunities and take decisive action.
