Join our team to experience what it’s like to work at “one of the best places to work in the metro Atlanta”.## ## About this Position The Operations Processor 1 verifies information on Policy Change Forms (PCF), Contract Changes (CC), Backend Change Forms (BEC), Pre-Authorized Checking Forms (NBP) and Money Requirement Forms (MRN) for accuracy and then processes the requests as specified on the document.  

He or she must ensure the accuracy of signatures, dates and other vital information for State Compliance requirements.  All Agent information must be validated as being correct and that appropriate licenses are active within the compliance guidelines.  He or she must also perform research to complete certain tasks, correct deficient files, and perform basic accounting as needed.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 7:00a – 4:00p    Training for this position is onsite and once training is completed, this will be a hybrid role.
The pay range for this position is between $35k - $40k## ## Responsibilities & Qualifications

* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

*** High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
* 10 Key by touch
* Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm
* Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office)
* Basic Accounting Skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Must be a team player with ability to work and think independently
* Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize
* Analytical and excellent decision making skills
* Ability to deal with confidential information
* Ability to multi-task and work overtime as needed
