Administrative Assistant – Dukhan Qatar (No English Required)
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization in Dukhan, Qatar. This includes organizing and coordinating office operations, providing assistance to visitors, responding to inquiries, and maintaining office documents.
Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate office operations
- Provide assistance to visitors and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office documents and records
- Work with colleagues and staff across departments
- Provide support to managers and supervisors as needed
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Utilize computers for basic tasks such as data entry, filing, and creating reports
- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of office procedures
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with people from different nationalities and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-starter mindset
- Strong communication abilities in Hindi or Urdu (No English required)
