The Dallas Bulls are a professional indoor arena football franchise competing in the National Arena League and based at Fair Park Coliseum. Position Overview

The Corporate Partnership Manager plays a key role in driving revenue and building relationships with local and regional businesses. This position provides hands-on experience in sports sponsorship sales, business development, and professional relationship management.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and early-career professionals interested in sports business, sales, marketing, and sponsorship development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential corporate sponsors and partners
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and in-person meetings
  • Present partnership opportunities and sponsorship packages
  • Assist in closing sponsorship agreements
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho)
  • Help execute sponsor activations during games and events
  • Support game-day partnership fulfillment and client relations
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
  • Interest in sports, sales, marketing, or business development
  • Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional preferred
