Position OverviewThe Corporate Partnership Manager plays a key role in driving revenue and building relationships with local and regional businesses. This position provides hands-on experience in sports sponsorship sales, business development, and professional relationship management.
This is an excellent opportunity for students and early-career professionals interested in sports business, sales, marketing, and sponsorship development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential corporate sponsors and partners
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and in-person meetings
- Present partnership opportunities and sponsorship packages
- Assist in closing sponsorship agreements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho)
- Help execute sponsor activations during games and events
- Support game-day partnership fulfillment and client relations
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Interest in sports, sales, marketing, or business development
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional preferred
