What We Offer- Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 per year on average in commission based on performance
- ALL leads are provided to you
, no cold calling or door knocking! 2 – 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments a day! - Motivated and high performing culture

In this position, you will:
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
- Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed.
- We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling!
- Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
- Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
- Promote company products and services
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
- Must be self‑motivated and results oriented
- Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license and enjoy being on the road!
