At Momentum Solar, our esteemed sales closers are given pre‑set, in‑house, qualified appointments, a premium product, and the earning potential to build a true six‑figure career—without cold calling or door knocking. Removing prospecting means spending more time engaging with homeowners, allows for specialization, a quicker learning curve, and a more informed party on both sides of the table.

  • Top 10% of sales force over $250,000
  • Company average over 10 homeowner meetings per week / per rep
  • Homeowner appointment investment c. $500,000 per rep / per year
  • Best cycle time in class. Less time between you and commission
  • 70% sit rate with scheduled homeowners- less time with no shows- more time to educate
What We’re Looking For
  • Success closing under pressure
  • Comfortable meeting with homeowners on their turf, and walking them through our validated sales process from presentation to signed agreement
  • Ability to handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale
  • Willingness to work evening and weekend – when the real money is made
