We now also support other sports, including volleyball and flag football, and continue to partner with AAU programs, club teams, local leagues, and Junior NBA affiliates like the Cavaliers, Hawks, Celtics, and Suns.

To continue fueling our growth, we’re looking for highly motivated interns to support our team sales division who thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, get into the paint, and do the dirty work. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the team uniform sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to building quotes and even closing deals if you’ve got the skills.
Reporting directly to our Director of Team Sales, this is a unique entry-level opportunity to gain real-world experience in sports sales with a high-growth brand that is redefining the industry. This is our fastest-growing division and has led to full-time hires over the past two years.
- Working closely with our sales team to close deals, review sales performance against sales targets, and conducting research/gather information for potential clients
- Making outbound sales calls to schools and youth sports programs nationwide to identify their needs for the upcoming season then entering call details into our CRM system.
- Working with coaches and youth sports administrators to design team offerings, mock-ups and recommended products.
- Work with Operations team to provide industry-leading customer service including account management and renewal/upsell opportunities
- Outside/phone sales experience preferred with an ability to connect with coaches.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and not afraid to grind.
- Love of the Game – you’ll be around basketball non-stop and working with coaches around our fast-growing volleyball program. It’s OK if you’re no longer Varsity material, but you need to have a general understanding of the game and be able to talk to a coach in an engaging way.
