Responsibilitiesof a AT&T Sales Associate:
- Work with business owners to present sales presentations; this could be with small and medium-sized businesses, explaining the value of gas and electric energy solutions.
- Master sales strategies, including consultative in-person sales, territory management, and pipeline development.
- Build trust and credibility with decision-makers by actively listening in this role
- Prospect and generate new customers by visiting businesses in person and presenting customized energy solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of other sales team members to share best practices and drive overall growth for the company and our clients.
- Learn about the differences in gas and energy services and how we can best serve our customers
- Manage accounts with care and precision
- Build lasting partnerships with businesses by delivering consistent follow-ups and superior customer service.
- Eagerness to work in a sales, customer service and customer-facing role
- Communication skills with the ability to engage with businesses owners and customers effectively in person
- Time management skills to answer customers’ questions promptly
- High level of energy, persistence, and determination to excel in business sales.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
