At Bella’s Bargain Outlet, our Live Stream Hosts are the voice and presence of our brands during live commerce sessions. You’ll learn how to present products, interact with customers in real time, and support our sales and marketing goals through engaging communication.

This hiring round focuses on jewelry, accessories, and lifestyle products — categories that require strong on-camera presence, aesthetic awareness, and confident storytelling.

All selected candidates will first complete a structured two-week training program to build core sales fundamentals (product logic, objection handling, pacing, and price framing). After training, you will transition into our accessory and lifestyle product lines.

You’ll be part of a team that values creativity, accountability, and genuine collaboration — we take our work seriously while maintaining a positive and supportive environment. (Bonus points if you’re a cat lover — our warehouse mascot is an adorable rescue.)

Note:

This is an onsite, paid opportunity that requires a reliable commute to our Hayward, CA 94544 office. Qualified candidates may be considered for full-time employment after completing the 2-week training program.

• Host or co-host live-stream sessions
• Demonstrate products clearly and confidently on camera
• Engage with customers in real time and maintain positive live-room energy
• Handle basic sales objections and apply effective price framing
• Support product preparation, tagging, and post-stream recaps

• Live-commerce sales fundamentals (via structured electronics training)
• On-camera performance and product storytelling
• Retail pricing psychology and conversion pacing
• How operations, inventory, and live sales connect behind the scenes

• Energetic, reliable, and comfortable speaking on camera
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (retail, food service, or personal side projects)
• Able to work at least 20 hours per week with a strong work ethic
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong aesthetic awareness, jewelry and accessories experience preferred
