• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate debt solutions
• Conduct consultative sales using proven scripts and objection‑handling techniques
• Educate clients on available financial programs
• Manage and update leads in the CRM system
• Maintain compliance with all sales and industry standards

• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented individuals
• Spanish Speaker is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred; financial services experience a plus
• Willingness to grow and take on leadership opportunities

• Commission: 1.25% of enrolled debt + performance bonuses
• Average earnings: $6,000–$9,000/month; top performers earn $12,000+
• Full training provided — no cold calling, all leads are inbound
• Fast‑paced environment with high call volume
