• Communicate effectively with customers on cellular and wireless products, utilizing upselling and negotiation tactics to complete sales with every interaction.
• Consult with customers to understand their communication needs and lifestyle, identifying the best AT&T products and services to meet those requirements.
• Become an expert on AT&T’s latest cellular devices, rate plans, and accessory offerings, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.
• Drive sales by presenting and demonstrating AT&T’s solutions, confidently closing sales, and processing new activations, upgrades, and add‑on services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive and energetic work environment.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and sales reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; an upper‑level degree is valued, but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a cellular sales environment, retail, hospitality, or an equivalent and relevant industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers.
• A strong desire to learn and excel in a performance‑driven sales environment. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• A genuine interest in technology, including smartphones, tablets, and other wireless products.
• The ability to think on your feet, handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism, and find creative solutions.
• A professional and positive demeanor with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
