3C Innovations is seeking a motivated and energetic Retail Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement within a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work directly with customers, support in-store marketing initiatives, and help increase brand awareness and sales performance.

• Engage customers through in-store promotions and product demonstrations
• Assist with retail marketing campaigns and brand presentations
• Support sales efforts to meet and exceed performance goals
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Help set up and maintain marketing displays
• Represent 3C Innovations and our clients in a professional manner

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Interest in marketing, sales, business, or communications
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexible availability (weekends may be required)
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
