This program is designed to prepare you for a leadership role within our firm by immersing you in campaign execution, team development, client relations, and territory management.

• Support and execute face-to-face retail marketing campaigns for major clients
• Gain hands-on experience by learning the fundamentals of campaign strategy, team leadership, and client services
• Learn how to manage in-store marketing teams and drive brand awareness
• Work with clients to ensure campaign performance and brand standards are met
• Analyze campaign data to make actionable recommendations
• Train and mentor new team members as you progress

• Bachelor’s degree or currently in final year (all majors welcome)
• A strong interest in marketing, sales, or leadership
• Excellent people skills and the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment

• Willingness to work in a hands-on, retail-based setting
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus (but not required)
