Overview
HPNY, a leading boutique real estate investment firm located on Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced, hardworking & driven professional to join our team. Expires on February 11, 2026.
Responsibilities- Must have excellent phone and “people” skills, and general knowledge of NYC real estate.
- Develop relationships with building owners, institutional funds and private investors.
- Participate in the entire marketing process and sales cycle from cold-calling to the closing table.
There is significant earning potential to candidates who are team oriented, entrepreneurial & motivated. This position is 100% commission based.
