Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and is looking to grow within a company that supports and rewards ambition, creativity, and drive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and manage commercial property listings (retail, office, industrial, or investment)
  • Represent landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate deal terms
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and business operators
  • Stay current with local market trends and analyze data to inform client strategy
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing and research teams to generate leads and support deals
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate (leasing or investment sales)
  • Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, trends, and deal structures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own book of business
  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage leads and pipelines
  • A strong existing network is a plus
