Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and is looking to grow within a company that supports and rewards ambition, creativity, and drive.
Key Responsibilities- Source and manage commercial property listings (retail, office, industrial, or investment)
- Represent landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate deal terms
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and business operators
- Stay current with local market trends and analyze data to inform client strategy
- Collaborate with our internal marketing and research teams to generate leads and support deals
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate (leasing or investment sales)
- Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (or willing to obtain)
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, trends, and deal structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own book of business
- CRM proficiency and ability to manage leads and pipelines
- A strong existing network is a plus
- Access to industry-leading backend systems designed to streamline your workflow and maximize deal velocity
- A proprietary internal database of thousands of listings, comps, and historical deal data to give you a competitive edge
- Full marketing support, including listing design, email campaigns, social media, and branded materials
