Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7.
Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. The application window is open until March 15, 2026; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. Applications submitted after the application window or once a role is closed/projects are full will not be considered.

This role is part of Samsung’s Social Media team, where you will support the management and creation of content for Samsung’s organic social channels on platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube and Snapchat. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, creating and curating engaging content, and collaborating with marketing and creative services teams to ensure brand consistency.
This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about social media, digital marketing, and creative content creation.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across Samsung’s organic social channels.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, images, and videos.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative services teams to maintain brand consistency across all content.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster positive interactions with Samsung’s audience.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure Samsung’s content remains relevant and impactful.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in Samsung’s social media presence.
- Reporting & Insights: Report on social media performance and provide actionable insights to guide future strategies.
- Policy Development: Support the development of social media policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Content Planning: Build content calendars and roadmaps that incorporate organic social content, influencer content, partner content, and brand content from Creative/Product Marketing teams.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred academic fields of study:
Social Media, Marketing, Business Management, PR/Communications, Digital Creative.
Rising Seniors or recent graduates are strongly preferred.
Technical SkillsProficiency in Office/Google Suite.
Experience in image/video editing/creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective systems.
SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube, including trends and content formats.
